This central point-of-contact will navigate our internal resources to assist clients with the most efficient resolution to a request. The CEC is staffed Monday to Friday, Eastern Time Zone. All domestic shipments are FCA our dock which means the title of the equipment transfers to the owner once we pass the carton to the first carrier @ the NC logistics center. Destinations outside the USA are EXW-Origin. Shipping origin is central North Carolina, USA. Buyer pays freight via invoice or provides a direct-billing account. Shipping information is typically available 1-2 days after a Sales Order is invoiced by the CEC team and this notice will be generated through the carrier’s tracking number notification network.
